Spruce Valley Ranch subdivision is located in Blue River, which is an adjacent town on the southern end of Breckenridge. The Spruce Valley Ranches are located in the Indian Creek Valley surrounding the Goose Pasture Tarn Lake. In order to utilize the “Tarn” for boating, fishing, or just enjoying the shoreline, you must be a resident of Blue River. This neighborhood is very private and secluded with heavily wooded lands of Spruce and Firs. There is a forest management program protecting the open space, wetlands, trails, and nearby mining claims that are located within the Spruce Valley Ranch.
Spruce Valley Ranch offers a variety of amenities for its owners including a private trap and skeet range, common tennis courts and basketball court, boat house, and horse stables. There is access in the subdivision to various hiking and biking trails, or cross country skiing.
There are approximately 49 lots within this subdivision. This area is more open, spanning over 250 acres of mountain side, affording the parcels of land to be much larger in size compared to those located directly in town. The land ranges between 2 and 6 acres, and many of the lots have been improved upon with luxury estate. All the homes in this neighborhood are custom with high end finishes, spacious floor plans, and views of the resort and Ten Mile Range.
